Rev. Donna Byrns
Rev. Donna Byrns joined the Church of Truth as senior minister in July, 2002. Since her ordination in 1984 at Santa Anita Center for Ministerial Studies in Arcadia, Ca., Rev. Donna brings to us a rich wealth of ministerial experience having served as senior minister for Independent Christ Church Unity in Bakersfield, Ca from 1994-2000; and additionally as senior minister for Unity by the Sea, Cambria, Ca from 1988-1992. Rev. Donna's dedication to the truth teachings and practical applications of prayer, meditation, the principles of divine prosperity and higher creativity are evident in the growth of our church during the past year. Rev. Donna's is also quite active in teaching classes, and giving workshops. Some of her class titles include; Lessons in Truth, 12 Powers of Man, Pondering Prosperity, Unite the Tribe, the Sacred Mission of Women, Dynamics of Prosperity, The Ways of Love, Prayer Works, How to Teach Sunday School, and Adventures in Attitudes. Rev. Donna has been a guest speaker at many New Thought Churches. Rev. Donna spent 4 years as Sunday School Director and Teacher with Unity Church in Cincinnati, Ohio, and was Regional Youth Education Coordinator - SW Region, Unity-Sunday School and Teen Group. Rev. Donna is a member of International New Thought Alliance, and Association for Global New Thought. Rev. Donna was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and moved to California in 1980. She has two children, 2 granddaughters, and one dog-Bud E. Byrns, Esq.
