The following are screen captures of the web mail screens for Church of Truths administrator control panel, logon screens for the Control Panel and Web Mail.
Screen Images 1-5 are for web site Administrator Only. In the event someone is designated as the webmaster or Rev. Donna or Office Administrator needs to make changes or create additional e-mail accounts.
i.e. wedding-coordinator@churchoftruth.org or youth-director@churchoftruth.org, etc. Then the wedding coordinator, youth director or spanish ministry, etc. can receive e-mail address to them personally via the web site, then retrieve their e-mail via CoT's webmail from any computer with Internet access or as Rev. Donna and Office Administrator do now, download using Outlook Express to their office computers.
Image 4 - you will notice e-mail accounts have been created for donations@ , grier@ and office@, also the webmaster@ Only Office and Webmaster are POP configured. POP (post office protocol) allows a person to receive e-mail via Outlook Express, Netscape or other POP e-mail client program.
